Christmas Day 
Christmas Ornament we made :)
It's our little tradition to open presents Christmas Eve as a family and then go visit relatives Christmas Morning and open presents there . It's a nice tradition because you don't have to cram everything in the car and go somewhere else or try to wake up really early to get your Christmas done and over with so you can make it somewhere else at a reasonable amount of time.
Either way it was a great Christmas tons of awesome pictures and awesome gifts but most of all a great time with family and friends. I am very much looking forward to the New Year.. 2007 was a good one but I bet 2008 will be even better .
I myself got caught up in all the capitalistic spend spend spendiness and buying grumpiness that accompanies this time of the year but my husband being his loving self snapped me out of it and made me realize that I was trying to make everything so perfect that I was missing out on a lot and making everyone else grumpy with me. I really love my family and I wanted to make a nice holiday ,but even if we had nothing we have eachother and that is plenty good enough for me :)
I am finally getting organized and settled into this life I have created for myself and it's a pleasant thing to feel like you really are at peace with right now this very moment. Even though your hair is getting pulled and blocks are flying across the room and your floors are in dire need of sweeping.. it's a good life and I wouldn't take anything for it.
